WHO WE ARE
The Active Dreams (TAD) is an NGO that aims to empower women by creating employment opportunities. TAD exists to fulfil the dreams of women who struggle in their everyday lives to earn a living. TAD fights for those dreams and makes them a reality by providing women with employment opportunities.
TAD's long term goal is to minimize the gender gap in employment and form a network of empowered women.
WE AIM TO EMPLOY
Our aim through TAD's project, Flow & Glow is to employ women in the production and sales of sanitary products as we truly believe that "Employment is Empowerment".
