"I think I was interested in the notion of gender since my childhood but it is only after I started college that I came to understand the way it operates in society. My wish to empower women from different regions by providing them employment opportunities is the reason what helped me think of TAD. I believe that an organization like TAD, would not just encourage women to move a step forward but it would also help them to form a community, where each one tries to provide a helping hand. I truly believe that a strong community can help reduce the issues of menstrual taboo, employment among women and also simultaneously empower them."
"A passionate individual infatuated with sitcoms, pizza, and nature. I have always loved being actively involved in any activity and I love advocating for causes. I am an optimistic person who has a positive outlook on life and believes in living in the moment, for we only get to breathe it in once. I believe in advocating for women’s right because several women continue to be oppressed in our society simply because they are a menstruator. We need to overlook the stigmas and taboos associated with menstruation and step in a direction where women are empowered. I decided to co-found TAD because being a woman myself, I resonate with the taboos and discriminations that women go through. I want to help in any way that I can, and starting this NGO, for me, is one step forward to ending this bigotry".
Our dedicated team of experienced professionals are always on the ball, utilizing their unique skills and passion to move the work of our NGO forward. We’re always pushing ourselves to stay ahead of the curve and striving to perfect our programs. Meet our managers.
